AI Body Builder is privacy-first: your profile, plans, logs, progress photos, and coach conversations are stored on your own device, not on our servers. The only thing we hold is your sign-in account. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
Open Settings
Launch AI Body Builder and go to Profile → Settings.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the Account & Data section and tap Delete Account.
Confirm
Read the confirmation, then confirm. You may be asked to re-authenticate for your security.
Done
Your on-device data is erased from the phone and your sign-in account is deleted.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete your sign-in account:
Send an email to congfandi@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email you signed up with. We may verify your identity before deleting. We complete verified requests within 30 days. To also erase the data stored on your phone, delete the app from your device.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account:
- Your on-device data — profile, biometrics, health-screening answers, workout plans and Seasons, completion history, nutrition logs, streaks, coach conversations, and progress photos — is erased from your device.
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication) and login identifiers are permanently deleted.
Because your fitness data was only ever on your phone, there is no server-side copy for us to purge. Deleting the app from any device also removes the local data on that device.
What may be retained
- Limited records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax or transaction records held by the app stores or our subscription provider).
- Data in short-lived encrypted backups of your sign-in service, which is purged on a rolling schedule.
Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future billing.
