Your first 7 days are free with no credit card: full onboarding, a personalized plan, days 1–7 of workouts and nutrition, rest timers, and the forgiveness engine. Continuing a Season past day 7 requires a subscription.
Nothing bad. AI Body Builder counts sessions, not calendar dates, so your plan waits and shifts forward. Miss a week or more and “welcome-back” mode eases you in. Your streak is session-based and forgiving.
Every AI-generated plan passes through a deterministic guardrail layer that enforces safe calorie floors, protein bounds, training-volume caps, and your health-screening answers before it's shown to you. Unsafe values are clamped or regenerated.
Yes. Because your data lives on your phone, deleting the app erases it from that device. To also remove your sign-in account, use Delete Account in the app or our Delete Account page. Deletion is permanent.
AI Body Builder runs on iOS and Android from a single, fast codebase. Sign in with Google, Apple, or email.
Cancel anytime in your store account: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android → Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Update your goal or equipment in Profile → Settings and start a new Season, or use the “plan your next Season” prompt near session 50. Your history and photos carry over.

On your phone. Your profile, health answers, plans, logs, progress photos, and coach conversations are stored locally on your device — not on our servers. Your progress photos are never uploaded. See our Privacy Policy.
None. AI Body Builder has no ads, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party behavioral trackers, and we never sell your data. The only things that leave your phone are what's needed to sign you in, run the AI, and process your subscription.
Sign-in lets us confirm you're an authorized user before running the AI on your behalf and applying your subscription — not to sync your data. Your fitness data still stays on your device.
Just tell it. You can describe your goal, your equipment, or how you're feeling today in plain language and the AI coach responds with what to do — no long forms required. A short optional profile makes plans even more tailored.
